Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (UPS):
343 Watches ships within the United States via UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any shipping delays.
For delivery availability on a specific date, please contact us at watchdr@yahoo.com prior to placing your order.
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available by request only. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options and pricing. Expedited shipping cannot be selected at checkout, and we cannot guarantee shipping method changes once an order is submitted.
Watch Orders & Lead Time
Each watch is made to order. Please allow approximately 8 weeks for production before your item ships.
Order Cancellations
Because each watch is custom-made, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel, please contact us by phone or email. Cancellations are not final until you receive written confirmation from 343 Watches.
If a cancellation is confirmed within 24 hours, a refund will be issued minus any credit card processing fees incurred by 343 Watches.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our watches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a workmanship issue, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution.
